Customer Registration

Automatically register customers in Navision when placing an order from the online store. User registration is carried out from the store with all mandatory fields and captured in both EC WEB CMS and Navision.

Product Categories

Categories can be organized within the EC WEB product system and can be renamed without affecting the original Navision categories. Any further updates to the products in these categories are done without any data loss.

Product Attributes

Product attributes from the client ERP system can be mapped to EC Web standard properties, such as product name, abstract, content, price, stock etc., using NES standards.

Update Stock

As a customer confirms a purchase, orders are placed and stock is deducted in the EC Web and Navision systems. Updates are also carried out for any changes to the product catalog.

Order Status

The status of all previous orders [registered, paid, picked, shipped and cancelled orders] is shown in the customer’s account, with full order details as stored in Navision.

Send Automated Emails

Navision takes care of sending notification emails to the customer for each order action and the status is replicated to the store.
