Centralized Management and Distribution

Manage store related activities from the ERP system and apply the same process for sales and distribution across all channels.

Centralized Accounting

All financial data used in the ERP system is supported by the store. All transactions made through the store follow the standard functionality within the ERP system.

Product Categories

Categories can be organized within the EC WEB product system and can be renamed without affecting the original Navision categories. Any further updates to the products in these categories are done without any data loss.

Product Attributes

Product attributes from the client ERP system can be mapped to EC Web standard properties, such as product name, abstract, content, price, stock etc., using NES standards.

Product Variants

Multiple product variants are replicated as individual products and packages, where all combinations are possible.

Customer Registration

User registration is initiated from the store with all mandatory fields. The data is stored in both EC Web CMS and Navision.

Currencies

The product system supports different currencies for localized pricing. User locations are determined, based on ip addresses, and localization is set, including the language to be used.

Differential Pricing

A product can have different prices for different markets or customers. Rules are set up in Navision and are replicated back to the store.

Discounts and Special Offers

Centrally manage offers and special pricing across all sales channels in the ERP system and replicate to the store.

Update Stock

Stock is deducted and orders are placed both in the EC WEB and Navision systems when a customer confirms their purchase.

Order Status

The status of all previous orders [registered, paid, picked, shipped and cancelled orders] is shown in the customer’s account, with full order details as stored in Navision.

Manage Returns

A customer can cancel an order from the order history page. This will be updated in Navision after admin approval.

Send Automated Emails

Navision takes care of sending notification emails to the customer for each order action and the status is replicated to the store.

Track Order History

The EC/NAV plug-in provides a complete order history when a customer logs into his account. He can search and apply filters, such as date and price range, to find a specific order.
