Provide customers easy access to their account details and addresses, or to update their profile, track order history, create multiple addresses and to save a shopping cart for later purchase.

Account Management

The system allows site admin to create/delete/modify users through a back-end system. Categorize users into different users groups and set different privileges for each user group.

Registration Form

This allows users to be registered to the store by filling in the required details on the web. The information is stored in the EC Web database and used as a customer base.

Multiple Addresses

Customers are allowed to provide multiple addresses for product delivery and billing.

Order Status

The status of all orders is shown in the customer account section, with full order details such as registered, paid, picked, shipped, cancelled etc.

Save Shopping Cart

Customers are allowed to save a shopping cart for later use. These saved shopping carts can be stored for a limited number of days.

Reset Password

Site admin can reset passwords for registered users in case of any issues.

Update User Profile

Customers can update their profile, including Name, Address, Telephone number, Email address etc. from their My Account page.

Wish List

Customers can add items to their wish list from any product detail page and they can forward the list via email.

Address Book

Create and manage addresses for customers. Customers are allowed to provide multiple addresses for product delivery and billing.

Change E - Mail

Site admin can change email addresses for registered users in case of any issues.

View order hisotry

Customers can log in to view real-time order tracking and order history information.
