Customer Account

The "Registered Users" module provides an option to register and maintain customer accounts. These customer accounts can be categorized into specific user groups based on the customers’ areas of interest.

Registration Form

This allows users to be registered to the store by filling in the required details on the web. The information is stored in the EC Web database and used as a customer base.

Authorize users

This helps manage the list of users who have not yet been accepted by the administrator. The administrator has the ability to disable user accounts.

Login

The Login module allows users access to the shop using the login details provided during registration.

Order Status

The status of all orders is shown in the customer account section, with full order details such as registered, paid, picked, shipped, cancelled etc.

Forgot Password

The ‘Forgot password’ option allows users to retrieve forgotten passwords by providing some required information.

Update User Profile

Customers can update their profile, including Name, Address, Telephone number, Email address etc. from their My Account page.
