Description of Department:
IT Operation is responsible for network infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and Performance tuning and capacity planning.
Responsibility:
- Required hands on experiences (5 years). Working on remote support and servers.
- Good knowledge on various Message transfer agents with debugging level. Hands on experience must.
- Good knowledge on Windows and Linux for web servers. Trouble shooting techniques and Hands on experience on live environment.
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge on handling network tools and protocol analysis.
- Good Knowledge on Firewall - ASA, ISA and IP Tables.
- Strong knowledge on disaster recovery and business continuity plan (Windows and Linux servers).
- In-depth knowledge on BIND and any open source name servers.
- Ready to handle infrastructure tasks like desktop support, antivirus update on live servers, troubleshooting etc.
- 24/7 support. Ready to handle any shifts.
- Should have strong communication skills.
