IT Operation is responsible for network infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and Performance tuning and capacity planning.
Job Description:
Management of IT operations
- Seamless, IT Infrastructure Management for the company, production, development and testing.
- Strategic planning and maintenance of IT environment to meet business requirements.
- Immediate and effective issue resolution and proactive preventative measure to ensure excellent performance for internal and client activity
- Proactive input in development and production to optimize performance of EC Software products and services, through testing.
- Immediate and effective support to internal and external stakeholders regarding IT issues.
- Web Administration Storage Management Managing director of IT support team.
Server Maintenance:
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
- Streamline the process for new web client (websites).
- Responsible for 24/7 monitoring of all inclusive IT Environment, Support.
- Document & Design the network structure
Database Management:
- Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments.
- Guide team members on Databases Maintenance, Backup & trouble shooting.
- Responsible for capacity planning
Security Management:
- Review the current security policies, Suggest and implement best security system and procedures.
- Performing routine audits of systems and software.
IT support and consultation:
- Optimal usage of hardware, software and structure for internal effective operations.
- Navision System implementation support and maintenance.
- IT environment enabling effective deployment of quality management systems.
- IT support and consultation on EC Tasks.
- Proactive client consultation on IT matters.
